ADVANCING TO ASA/USA OR EASTERN NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP FINALS

Mandatory for all team wishing to advance to any National Championship tournament:

Individual Registration -- REGISTERASA
Current year ASA Background Checks for ALL adult team personnel in dugout/on field.
ACE Certification for at least 1 coach who must be present at all championship games.
ASA Background Check & ACE Certification credentials must be displayed at all times during tournament.
ASA Photo IDs for all players
Team must be in good standing with ASA of PA
Team manager MUST contact the State JO Commissioner (Tina Sanders) immediately upon accepting a berth for further instructions AND appropriate documentation to advance.

Team must participate in appropriate age/class ASA of PA State Championship Tournament and at least one (1) additional ASA event, preferrably a qualifier.
CHAMPIONSHIP ROSTER

Must be printed from REGISTERASA.
Must be signed by PARENTS if player is under 18.
Must be signed by teams' Home District Commissioner/JO Commissioner or designee.
Original Championship Roster must be submitted to State JO Commissioner as part of documentation to be forwarded to National Tournament Director.

Note: Teams must submit Original Signed Championship Roster at check-in at State Championship tournament. Roster will then be forwarded to State JO Commissioner.

All National Tournament entry documents must be processed and submitted to appropriate National Championship Tournament Director by ASA of PA State JO Commissioner Tina Sanders.
