REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION FOR ALL ADVANCED PLAY TOURNAMENTS: Individual Photo ID's ASA Championship Roster generated through RegisterASA and signed by each player's parent (if under 18). Team's home district commissioner's signature also required. Proof of ACE Certification (1 coach) and ASA background check (All Coaches).
